Ltd. Access and use of Energyfiles is subject to the
following terms and conditions. By accessing Energyfiles you signify your
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Copyright: By viewing and/or buying
data, you and your organisation agree that the data files, data sheets, data
reports and free pages remain the copyright of Energyfiles and must
not be re-sold or redistributed
in any form whatsoever. The presentations may be printed and copied but must
retain reference to Energyfiles as holder of the copyright. No free posting,
publication, transmission or redistribution of any part of this website and its
contents may be undertaken without the written permission of Energyfiles. Such permission will not be unreasonably withheld.
Continuity
of service:
We endeavour to provide an unbroken 24/7 service. However we do not and cannot
guarantee that www.energyfiles.com will always be on-line at all locations. During
upgrades and other servicing programs there may be breaks in transmission. Also
the Internet is not always a stable medium and we thus take no responsibility
for lack of service for whatever reason.
Accuracy of information:
Notwithstanding the fact that all data given in Energyfiles are

Termination of service:
Energyfiles reserves the right to cancel your password or terminate the
provision of Energyfiles if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of
use. No refunds will be given.
